Nooky House is an elegant conversion designed by a well-known local architect with an impressive open-plan living area, full height vaulted ceiling and fully glazed gable end. The main living area is bathed in light, with a dining area, modern fitted kitchen and comfortable sofas making it an ideal place to relax after a busy day out exploring. On warmer summer evenings french doors lead out to the private patio area to the rear of the property where you will find a courtyard garden with garden furniture and barbeque - perfect for al fresco dining. Upstairs, there are two lovely beamed bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms.
Situated in a quite location on the village green in the very popular village of Cley-next-the-Sea, Nooky House is a great place for a relxing holiday. In the village itself you will find an eclectic array of ammenities from Picnic Fayre Deli, The Smoke House, Made in Cley, Artemis Cafe and the best yet, it is only a short walk to the local pub The Three Swallows. It is also really well located for exploring this area of coastline and if you want to leave the car at home, just catch the Coasthopper bus which will take you to many other villages and delights in either direction.
Walkers and wildlife lovers will welcome the many walks right from the door and the NWT Visitor Centre at Cley Marshes is nearby as well.
