Little Haven is a single-storey cottage in the quiet area of Holland-on-Sea, two miles from popular Clacton-on-Sea. The cottage has a double bedroom with dressing room and access to the garden, and a room with adult bunks. There is a family bathroom, a kitchen with breakfast bar, and a sitting room with dining area. Outside is off road parking for three cars, and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Little haven is just a couple of minutes' walk from the sand and shingle beach, and the amenities of Clacton-on-Sea are within easy reach, as are the attractions of Essex, making this an ideal year-round coastal retreat.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Little Haven's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at Little Haven. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.
