Crinnis is a newly refurbished detached bungalow nestled in an elevated position in the heart of the super village of Chillington, a short distance from Slapton Sands. This 3 bedroom property has a lovely garden with a terrace which wraps around, and a decking to look over the rooftops to the countryside beyond. Theres; a log burner for the cooler months after enjoying beautiful walks either on the doorstep, or perhaps with the convenient location to explore the South West Coast Path, and a little further afield lies Dartmoor. Crinnis is comfortable, cosy, and just a minute from the shop and less than five minutes to the popular local pub, a really great base to enjoy this beautiful area of South Devon. Chillington is a large village positioned on the coastal road between the bustling market town of Kingsbridge, 6 miles away, and historic Dartmouth, 11 miles away, both well served with shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The village itself has a local pub, shop and post office, park and village hall, along with a bakery, doctors, salon, and dog groomers. The popular seaside villages of Torcross and Beesands are 3 miles away, with access to the South West Coast Path and there are pretty walks around the surrounding countryside close by. Salcombe is just 11 miles away, and can also be accessed on the foot ferry from the beaches at East Portlemouth. Dartmoor is 16 miles away and there are nearby attractions such as Woodlands leisure park for all the family to enjoy. Chillington is a ‘proper; village and a great choice for your South Devon holiday.
