7 Primrose is a real home from home, this comfortable, well presented holiday home sits in quiet cul de sac backing onto fields in the village of Chillington. This lovely house makes a great base for families, friends or couples to enjoy all the local area has to offer. The convenient side entrance into the garden enables keen cyclists and kayakers to store their equipment at the side of the house and the patio area provides a relaxing space to enjoy a meal in the sunshine. The house itself draws on the nearby coastline for the decorative inspiration providing a welcoming feel throughout, a sanctuary at the end of a busy day exploring all the South Hams has to offer. Chillington is a large village positioned on the coastal road between the bustling market town of Kingsbridge, 6 miles away and historic Dartmouth 11 miles away, both well served with shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The village itself has a local pub, well served shop and post office, park and village hall, along with a bakery with delicious cakes, gym, and visiting fishmonger once a week and a fish and chip van on a Tuesday evening. The popular seaside villages of Torcross and Beesands are 3 miles away. This charming village is perfectly situated for exploring the South Hams.
