An exciting spacious four bedroom beach side house bursting with character and set in the heart of Cawsands. It has a great terrace garden to catch the sun, a convenient laundry room, plus it's super feature of having breath-taking sea and beach views from all of the front facing windows, with the beach itself being only 1 minutes walk away. The house is close to restaurants, tea rooms, traditional Cornish pubs and shops. Set in a stunning 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty', it will be hard to drag yourself away from enjoying this interesting house and its envious position. Please note that this property sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, due to the 4th bedroom being bunk beds.
There is wifi or internet access available at Moorings in Cawsand. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Moorings's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Ground floor bathroom:Slipper bath, hand held shower, WC and wash hand basin and towel rail.
First floor double bedroom:King size 5 ft double bed, bedside tables, shelving for clothes.
First floor double bedroom: Double 4ft 6in bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers.
*Door leading to en-suite*
En-Suite shower room: Walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Please note: both the family bathroom & en-suite shower room can only be accessed via the adjoining bedrooms.
