Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, Bluetooth speaker. Fuel and power in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Parking in local car park on pay and display as of 07/10/2019. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub, shops and restaurants 1 min walk. Coast 2 miles. Note: The parking is not available on race days at the racecourse, however can still park in the village for a limited time please check signs for details. Loading and unloading of bags is available outside the property for limited time only.
Note- This property has a good house keeping bond of £100.00.
