Courtyard Cottage is an outstanding Grade II listed property on the outskirts of Carlisle. Within this property you will find three ground-floor bedrooms, comprising of a double, a twin and a single. Also on the ground-floor is a family bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. On the first-floor you will find an open-plan living room, complete with a kitchen area, a dining area and a sitting area. Completing the interior is a second-floor snug room. Outside, there is two off-road parking spaces and a rear garden with seating. Courtyard Cottage is a superb base for a family.
