This prestigious, second floor penthouse apartment has been beautifully furnished and equipped; it also boasts spectacular, panoramic sea views. From the balcony, Carbis Bay can be seen in the distance, with St Ives to the West and Godrevy lighthouse and the golden sands of Gwithan to the East.
The open-plan living area has generous, comfortable furnishings and a large, central dining area; perfect for gathering family and friends for meals prepared in the bespoke kitchen, equipped with all mod cons including a large Belfast sink, a wine chiller, Nespresso coffee machine and an electric range cooker.
Both bedrooms provide king-size beds with Tempur mattresses and luxury linens. The additional hand-made full size cabin bed, tucked away in the corner of the master bedroom, is a magical space for children to snuggle into. Bedroom two enjoys an en-suite shower room with a walk-in drench shower, whilst the master bedroom has use of the family bathroom next door, with its decadent double ended bath.
Head down the hill to Carbis Bay beach, where you can hire a paddle board, build sand castles or hop on the local train and enjoy the scenic 10-minute journey to the centre of St Ives with its restaurants, art galleries, shops and beaches.
For those special gatherings, you can book this stunning apartment along side The Hideaway to accommodate a further two guests.
