6 Sandy Lane is one of seven beautifully appointed apartments. Set on the first floor of this modern building, the views from the balcony are wonderful and with both bedrooms being doubles, this is a perfect retreat for couples to come and re charge their batteries.
This stylish apartment has been thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. Luxury bedding, underfloor heating, Smart televisions and a Nespresso coffee machine to name but a few of the thoughtful touches.
The apartment is all on one level, with a spacious open plan living area furnished with a neutral linen suite, the dining area has room for you to entertain friends and family and the Shaker style kitchen is equipped with all mod cons and more. The glazed balcony is the perfect place for you to enjoy a glass of wine or alfresco meal whilst absorbing the sea views.
The two double bedrooms have sumptuous beds, dressed with fine white cotton bedding and each boasts a Smart, wall mounted Smart television. The bedrooms have been furnished with double beds and televisions. Just along the corridor the modern bathroom features a double ended bath with overhead drench shower.
A short walk down the hill will take you to the railway station where the local train meanders along the scenic coast to and from St Ives where you will find a plethora of galleries and restaurants, beaches and bars.
