Beautifully furnished and well equipped, 9 Fernhill Penthouse provides comfortable and contemporary accommodation. The open-plan living accommodation includes a modern and spacious sitting room, dining room and superb kitchen with high quality appliances, including a fresh filtered water tap and coffee machine. From the dining area, bi-fold doors open out to the fabulous balcony where you can sit on the rattan furniture provided and breathe in the sea air whilst taking in those stunning views of Carbis Bay.
The master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed and en-suite bathroom complete with double ended jacuzzi bath. Bedroom two is a twin room and has use of a shower room with walk-in rain head shower. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment will keep you warm and toasty in all seasons.
Outside, guests have use of the communal garden and garden furniture. From here, a private path takes you to Carbis Bay beach in around five minutes' walk.
Beautiful St Ives can be reached by a short car or rail journey, or alternatively by a twenty five minute breath-taking coastal walk.
For those attending local weddings, the Penthouse is a perfect place to stay and has been rated 5 Star Gold by Visit England.

Up to two small well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
