Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking available in St Radigunds public car park approx. 7 mins walk away (approx £1 per hour), park and ride available from Wincheap (For charges see www.canterbury.gov.uk). Loading and unloading only outside cottage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Note: Cottage stairs to second floor are very steep and have no landing and second floor bedroom has sloping ceilings with limited headroom. Note: This cottage is not suitable for children under 7 years old or those with limited mobility. Note: Please note weekends can be lively in the area. Property best suited to families and couples.
