Parking available in St Radigunds public car park approx. 7 mins walk away (approx £1 per hour), park and ride available from Wincheap (For charges see www.canterbury.gov.uk). Loading and unloading only outside cottage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Note: Cottage stairs to second floor are very steep and have no landing and second floor bedroom has sloping ceilings with limited headroom. Note: This cottage is not suitable for children under 7 years old or those with limited mobility. Note: Please note weekends can be lively in the area. Property best suited to families and couples.
