Town House sleeps up to 10 people so could be perfect for your family or group. So if you are looking for a family holiday in Norfolk then Town House could be just the ticket.
A much-loved late Victorian family house tucked quietly away in a truly enviable position. Enjoy endless coastal views and your own spacious garden that runs right down to the marshes. Hidden away from the coast road, you can enjoy privacy, peace and sample the very best of North Norfolk coastal living.
Town House encompasses relaxed easy living in a traditional style, with unrivalled coastal views that are simply to die for and invite you to explore the big outdoors. From the bottom of the vast rear garden you can go straight onto the North Norfolk coastal path towards Brancaster. The staithe to the east is dotted with sailing boats and popular with children crabbing and kayakers out exploring the creeks. From here you can catch the ferry to Scolt Head Island national nature reserve, a beautifully unspoilt sand and shingle barrier, or opt to continue on foot for twenty minutes or so along the coastal path until you arrive at the most stunning, wild beach that stretches ahead of you. It will simply take your breath away.
Indoors at Town House, large groups, family or otherwise, are well catered for with spacious living areas enabling everyone to spread out. Choose from a sunny south facing conservatory overlooking a pretty cottage garden to the front of the house, a country-style kitchen connecting to a panelled dining room, perfect for both casual and formal dining, a cosy television room/snug and - the icing on the cake - a spectacular dual aspect split level sitting room where the upper level has a huge bay window running across the room affording the most wonderful views across the marsh and sea, and a lower level with a comfortable seating area with open fire to light on cooler days. Upstairs there are five bedrooms (three of which have wash basins) - a family master with super king zip-and-link and connecting door to a twin, with one trundle option, a double, single and a twin room - sleeping ten in total. There are two bathrooms upstairs, with a second shower and separate cloakroom also available downstairs.
If you love walking, birdwatching, sailing and the outdoors life, Town House is just the place for you. You may well not wish to venture further afield but, if you do fancy a change of scene, you have a popular village pub within easy walking distance, and a 20-30 minute walk away is the pretty Georgian village of Burnham Market where you can eat and shop to your heart's content! You can always catch the Coasthopper bus service that runs through the village if you feel like the easier option, and wish to visit further villages along the coast.
