Downlands is a smart and comfortable modern property, with a sunny sitting room with cosy wood burning stove. The dining area and french doors open out into the pretty garden, safe for both children and dogs to play happily while you relax. A well-equipped modern fitted kitchen and adjoining utility, along with a cloakroom complete the ground floor. With three bedrooms (king-size, double and twin), along with a family bathroom on the first floor, Downlands is an ideal house for good friends - with or without children - to spend some time away together, as well as a perfect spot for a family break.
Burnham Market is an attractive Georgian village with great local facilities, all within walking distance - a butcher, greengrocer, deli, fishmonger and French bakery, as well as numerous notable restaurants open for breakfast and brunches along with relaxed and more formal dining options for lunch and dinner. With art galleries, an antique shop and independent retailers, it’s a shoppers’ heaven. Surrounded by wonderful walks and cycle routes and only a five-minute drive to Burnham Overy Staithe, where you can sail your boat, catch the Ferry to Scolt Head island or fish for crabs. The village is serviced by the Coasthopper bus which can take you the whole way along the North Norfolk Coast if you fancy leaving your car behind.
