The village of Brockenhurst with railway station, shops, pubs and restaurants is only minutes away, while miles of open forest stretch away from the cottage itself and you will often find ponies, donkeys and cattle at the cottage gate.
An ideal retreat for those who enjoy walking, picnics and peaceful wandering.

Bedroom3 withtwin (2ft 6in) single beds.
Bathroom with bath, power shower over, hand basin and WC.
Outside: Sunny small front garden with picket fence overlooking the forest and a patio and small garden to the rear.
Please note: due to the character and nature of the property, the cottage stairs are quite narrow and steep and may be unsuitable for guests with mobility problems.
Included: Bed linen provided. Guestswill need toprovide their own towels. WiFi, electricity and gas central heating with a complimentary basket of logs when appropriate. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available on request, but pleaseprovide own cot bedding.
