Set over four floors, the cottage sleeps eight people and has two king-size double bedrooms and two twins, along with a family bathroom and a separate shower room, together with two cloakrooms. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with arch to a dining room and two sitting rooms. Outside is roadside parking for one car and additional parking in nearby car park, along with an enclosed yard with furniture. Situated in the heart of the Lake District, 48 Oak Street is a lovely family cottage from which to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome (on ground and lower ground floors only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub 3 mins walk. Note: The neighbouring property has access once a week to the yard only for emptying their bins.
