Enjoy a drink or meal out at the popular family run village pub, The George Inn, or stock up on quality fresh, local produce at the community shop and relax in comfort in the propertys bright, open-plan dining/living room with far reaching views across the beautiful rural landscape. Contemporary throughout, the property is presented with many nice touches, as well as boasting a private decked rear terrace, offering the opportunity for alfresco dining and a glass or two of something should you decide to spend the evening in. All bedrooms are well furnished to enjoy a good night sleep and there is the benefit of private off-street parking for two vehicles. This peaceful spot forms an ideal hub to explore this lovely area, with both Blackpool and Slapton Sands a few miles in one direction, the River Dart and Dartmouth that offers a wide range of water sport and recreation opportunities, busy marinas, picturesque buildings and excellent restaurants, in the other. Dartmouth Golf Club is within a 5 minutes; drive along with Woodlands Leisure Park, a great day out for the children.
