Number 4 is a semi-detached barn conversion on a farm a mile from Biggin in Derbyshire. The cottage has two king-size doubles, which can be offered as twins if required, there is a ground floor bathroom, the property can sleep two people. Inside it also has an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off-road parking and a shared lawned garden with picnic tables and a duck pond. Number 4 makes an ideal base for enjoying the Peaks, from Buxton to Bakewell, Chatsworth to Alton Towers.

On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Number 4's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
