It boasts three bedrooms; one master king-size, with an en-suite shower room, and two double, sleeping six people altogether. There is also a separate shower room, kitchen/diner, living/dining room, and an additional sitting room with an open fire. Outside, the property has local off-road parking which is pay as you go, or free roadside parking. De La Warr View offers a quality break with your loved ones.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: Property has no garden. Note: Pay and display car parking available at De La Warr Pavilion opposite De La Warr View (Between the hours of 20.00 and 08.00 hrs it is free of charge. Charges during the day are £1.50 for one hour, £2.50 for two hours, £4.50 for four hours, max hours £5.00. There is also ‘free’ 2-hour road-side parking around the area which is lifted between 6pm and 8am or unlimited out of zone areas a short walk from the holiday let). Note: Open fire is non operational.
