Beaver Grove House is a Georgian manor house based in the North Wales village of Betws-y-Coed. There is four double bedrooms, three have en-suite facilities and there is a shower room as well as a cloakroom, it can sleep eight people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a utility, dining room, sitting room with an open fire, snooker room and a snug room. To the outside there is a shared lawn and a patio with furniture. Beaver Grove House is a fantastic house in a great location.

Note: Shared use of gardens with property (945612) Note: For cyclists a separate lockable storage facility is provided adjacent to the property which can be used to safely store bicycles. A small padlock is required in order to secure the door to this space. Please note: there is no access from the property to the river.
