The Bothy is a detached, single-storey, pine-built log cabin situated on the owner's smallholding, 0.8 miles from the village of Bettws Cedewain and close to Newtown in Mid Wales. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one super king-size double and one twin room, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a front decked veranda with a hot tub and furniture and a side gravelled area with a large picnic table and a barbecue. With a number of walks and cycle routes nearby, along with lots of lovely villages and towns to explore, The Bothy is a wonderful, convenient base for a couple or family exploring this fabulous region.

Front, decked veranda with hot tub and furniture, plus side gravelled area with large picnic table and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Train station 5 miles. Note: Water is from owner's own fully tested and inspected well. Note: Property all ground floor with ramped wheelchair access. Note: The taxi service in the area is infrequent and irregular.
