Smart TV, DVD, Music system. Outside space is a fully enclosed paved garden with herbaceous border and a BBQ along with garden furniture. One dog welcome. Pubs, shops and restaurants 0.1 miles. NOTE BINS MUST BE LEFT OUT AS PER INSTRUCTIONS IN THE HOUSE. NOTE: BBQ must be left in a clean state or a proportion of your housekeeping deposit may be retained. NOTE: This house does not accept single sex parties
