Avondale is a wonderful family holiday home, situated just a mile away from the village and beach at Bantham in South Devon. Arranged over 3 floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms the property can accommodate up to ten people. On the ground floor a sleek modern kitchen/diner leads out onto the front garden through patio doors. The separate sitting room is relaxing and tastefully furnished with soft grey settees with a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden. There is a useful utility room on the lower ground floor and two separate cloakrooms. Outside a large summerhouse doubles up as a games room with table football and table tennis and there is a lovely patio area for dining that overlooks the vast enclosed garden. With plenty of parking, oodles of space, lots of mod cons and just a mile from the beach, Avondale ticks all the boxes for a great family holiday.
There is wifi or internet access available at Avondale in Bantham. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
