The Shippen is an annexe to the owner’s house resting on the outskirts of Holsworthy. It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size and a twin, together sleeping up to four people and serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there is private parking and a garden with patio area with BBQ and furniture and a lawn area. The Shippen promises to be delightful hideaway to this part of Devon.
