This charming semi-detached cottage, located in a tranquil woodland setting within the Holne Chase Country Estate offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 5 guests. The cosy sitting room with woodburning stove provides the perfect space to relax after a busy day exploring. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area on the ground floor and 1 double bedroom, a single bedroom (with 4ft bed), a Jack and Jill style bathroom and a further twin room with ensuite bathroom. To the front of the cottage there is a delightful terrace area perfect for admiring the grounds. Guests very welcome to explore the estate including the beautiful woods and the private stretch of the River Dart which passes through the grounds. A particular bonus for guests is that fly fishing for salmon and sea trout can be arranged through the owners. Dartmoor National Park covers almost 370 square miles of open grassland, granite tors and wooded valleys. With activities such as walking, horse-riding, caving, cycling, climbing and abseiling on offer there are plenty of outdoor pursuits to sample. For those not feeling quite so energetic Dartmoor is still a fantastic place to simply get some fresh air, dip your toes in a stream or sit back and enjoy a Devon cream tea.

Sitting room with TV, DVD player wood-burning stove, 2 sofas and an armchair. From inner hall stairs lead to first floor. Bedroom 1 with 5ft king size bed and window to front overlooking the grounds. Jack and Jill bathroom (with 2 doors - one to bedroom 1 and one to the landing) with WC, sink, bath, walk in shower and heated towel rail. Bedroom 3 with 4ft double bed (ideally for single occupancy) and window enjoying views over the grounds. Bedroom 2 with 3ft twin beds and views to front over the grounds.
