Gas central heating with electric stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, Smart HD TV with FreeSat, Blu-ray DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 medium-sized car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 mins walk. Note: There are 6 steps up from the lounge to the bedrooms and 2 steps to access property. Note: Although this is a pet-free property, the owners may occasionally stay with their dog. Note: This property is only suitable for children aged 12 and over.
