Bryn is a substantial, detached property located near the coastal town of Aberdaron in North Wales. It comes with four bedrooms including a super king-size with an en-suite, a double with an en-suite and two twin rooms, there is also a family shower room and a cloakroom, the property can sleep eight people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, there is also a utility and a games room with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will find off road parking for four cars and a large garden with a lawn, summer house and a covered patio with furniture. Bryn is a unique and modern cottage in a fabulous North Wales location.

Note: Ground floor bedroom has 2'6" single beds. Note: The double bedroom, bed is accessed from one side only. Note: The garden is not enclosed and some areas of the lawned garden have various dips, slopes and levels - children are to be supervised.
